Joschka Fischer accuses former CIA chief George Tenet over his knowledge of Iraqi defector’s sketchy background

Germany‘s former foreign minister Joschka Fischer has accused the former head of the CIA George Tenet of making implausible claims about the handling of the Curveball case by the US.
On Wednesday Tenet, the director of central intelligence between 1997 and 2004, issued a statement on his website saying he discovered “too damn late” that Curveball – the Iraqi defector who became a key source for the CIA and the German secret service (BND) – might be a fabricator.
Reprinting an extract from his autobiography, Tenet claimed he only found out in 2005, two years after the Iraq invasion, that the BND had doubts about Curveball’s claims to have witnessed first-hand Saddam Hussein’s bio-weapons programme.

Looks like the corporate masters are getting pretty desperate, dragging out Curveball again. Why isn’t he in Gitmo, or at least being waterboarded for a little more comprehensive information? I’m beginning to doubt that we can even trust Wickileaks. after finding out that Alan Dershowitz will be working on Assange’s legal defense.
One thing that I have noticed is that CNN has pretty much exclusive media control of the Egyptian revolution, just as it did during the US invasion of Iraq, and just as it did on 911, which really makes me wonder why they are giving so much coverage to the Powell thing.
On Dec 16, 2010, 131 rebels were arrested for civil disobedience at the snow covered White House fence, including Ray McGovern, Chris Hedges, Daniel Ellsberg, Margaret Flowers, and Coleen Rowley. CNN didn’t say a word.

Bullshit. George Bush was preparing for war with Iraq long before 911 even happened. This is a WELL KNOWN FACT. He was DETERMINED to go to war for reasons only he really knows, and our lame ass congress made is as easy as possible for him. And out of the whole sorry cast of liars and losers that enabled him, only Colin Powell has made any attempt whatsoever to set things right.

Yep, Duhya even admitted it, but he was only the puppet, and Geppeto, “the corporate master”, was undoubtedly pissed that he was flappin his lips. Powell, however , is an intelligent man and undoubtedly, imo, knew about all this too which means that his reason for lying wasn’t necessarily that he was lied to.
