Giuliani vs The Firefighters

Giuliani vs the Firefighters
April 5, 2007
by Zen Garcia

Why would Giuliani all of a sudden forcefully remove Firefighter’s from ‘the pile’ and in such a way that resulted in a brawl between the NYPD and the NYFD? What the mainstream press will never dig into or question is: why did Giuliani place more importance on cleaning up “the pile” than in taking a slow-retrieval approach to accessing the bodies of firefighters, police, and emergency workers still trapped in the wreckage of those buildings? Though 2 months later, chances were that no one was still alive, many still clung to the hope, that loved ones would be dug out of the devastation of those destroyed buildings. Families wanted a chance for closure, bodies of their loved ones returned so that they could honor them with a proper memorial and burial. The friends families of the fallen wanted to take their time in dismantling ‘the pile’, so that the dead would be respected and given opportunity to be reached and yet Giuliani thought it better to begin a rushed quick dismantling of ‘ground zero,’ completely disregarding his most important constituency when it comes to reinforcing him as the 9/11 hero he has now determined to take his Presidential stance on.

The firefighters believe that the city went to a ‘scoop and dump’ policy because they were in a rush to retrieve gold. “The fact is that the Mayor’s switch to a scoop-and-dump coincided with the final removal of tens of millions of dollars of gold, silver and other assets of the Bank of Nova Scotia that were buried beneath what was once the towers. Once the money was out, Giuliani sided with the developers that opposed a lengthy recovery effort, and ordered the scoop-and-dump operation so they could proceed with redevelopment.” With his training as District Attorney for New York, Giuliani knows from his prosecutor days that the first rule of a criminal investigation is in cordoning off a crime scene and preventing the tampering or removal of any piece of evidence within that area. Usually officers are put in place to prevent the eradication, removal of, or disruption of anything within that scene. Surely the events of September 11, 2001, constitute the most egregious, barbaric, terroristic, and criminal act ever perpetuated on American soil.

Ron Paul Home Schools the Federal Reserve on Inflation!

Ron Paul Home Schools the Federal Reserve on Inflation!

Helicopter Bernanke is noticeably beside himself.. 😉

Ron Paul Questions Bernanke

So What is the Federal Reserve Exactly ??

Ron Paul is also informing the American People what the Federal Reserve really is…

Fiat X 1/9

The Federal Reserve Bank is no more Federal than Federal Express. That is to say, It’s a Private Central Bank.

“It is not Ron Paul’s fault “the audience plainly didn’t understand” that the Federal Reserve is about as federal as Federal Express, that is to say it is a private central bank.

Mr. Drum, it should be easy to understand, even for the average American adult: the paper money issued by the Federal Reserve is fiat money, that is to say it is based on nothing, not on gold or, yes indeed, tin. Because it is based on a “buttload” of nothing—please excuse the plagiarism—there is no restraint on how much of it can be cranked out by Federal Reserve—as in Federal Express or Federal Plumbing. Because of this the non-federal banks associated with the non-federal reserve can create an unlimited, sky-is-the-limit amount of credit. But the more money that is printed the less valuable it becomes. Because it is based on nothing—not gold, not tin, not peanut shells, nothing of substance.”

Ron Paul, CBS, and the Fed, as in Federal Express

Another GOP Bathroom Pervert was convicted on Friday! Hey, guys, get a clue… go get a room!! I mean meet at some sleezy motel and forget the public bathrooms! LOLMAO

Florida State Rep. Bob Allen glances over to his wife Beth at the Moore Justice Center in Viera on Monday. Allen was found guilty of soliciting prostitution on Friday. (Michael R. Brown, ASSOCIATED PRESS / November 5, 2007)

VIERA – State Rep. Bob Allen’s troubles may only get worse.

Seconds after he was convicted Friday of soliciting a sex act in a park bathroom, legislative leaders were discussing how to remove him from office.

“This conviction makes it impossible for Rep. Allen to represent responsibly the citizens of his district,” Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio said in a statement. “Furthermore, it is my personal belief that it harms the reputation of the Florida House of Representatives. We will now take the appropriate steps.”

Pakistani make-believe

Boston Globe, Globe Editorial, November 10, 2007

THOUGH THE international stakes in Pakistan’s stability are high, that country’s domestic power struggles remain intensely intramural. It is all too easy for foreigners, and even gullible sectors of the Pakistani public, to be fooled by appearances.

A case in point was the high drama yesterday, when twice-removed prime minister Benazir Bhutto declared she would lead a rally of her Pakistan People’s Party against General Pervez Musharraf’s state of emergency. The world saw soldiers preventing the march by surrounding her house with barbed wire and rounding up her party’s activists. The effect was to make Bhutto look like a brave leader of the opposition to military dictatorship.

The reality is less clear-cut.

The parties involved have spoken openly about American sponsorship of a political deal between Musharraf and Bhutto. A complicating factor in their negotiations is that neither one wants to appear to be the pawn or the favorite of Washington.

Consequently, the two sides are fulfilling elements of the deal while insisting they have not been able to come to terms with each other. Musharraf, after all, had corruption charges dropped against Bhutto, enabling her to return from exile. In return, legislators from her Pakistan People’s Party allowed Musharraf to be reelected president last month by the outgoing Parliament, despite a constitutional prohibition against one person simultaneously holding the positions of army chief and president.

Mukasey as AG~Is this “As Good As It Gets”?

by Geezer Power …11:12 am

Bad News!!!

THE U.S. Senate zionists crawled out from underneath rocks to support zionist bagman Michael Mukasey tonight by a vote of 53 – 40. Rest assured you will see more 911 cover-up, the AIPAC spy trial will be jettisoned , Dick Cheney will find smooth sailing for the cover-up of his next false flag obscenity against America, and torture will be the new law of the land.

Michael Mukasey: Giuliani’s Inside Man?

White Men With Money 9/17/07 NYMAG

Yesterday, when we gleefully listed Michael Mukasey’s homeboy specifications (born in the Bronx, went to an UES yeshiva, etc.), we glossed over the most intriguing part: the current A.G. nominee’s extensive ties to Rudy Giuliani. The connections between the two deserve their own list. Not only did Mukasey swear in the mayor in both 1994 and 1998, he donated heavily to his presidential campaign; Mukasey’s son Marc works at Bracewell & Giuliani, Rudy’s boutique law firm; and both Marc and Michael are the Giuliani campaign’s judicial advisers. In fact, as a federal judge in the Giuliani era, Mukasey had to recuse himself from some City Hall–related cases because of his friendship with the mayor. Today’s Times even describes a less-than-hilarious prank Mukasey played on Giuliani in the seventies (it involved Rudy getting a job at a law firm).

This begs an obvious question: Will Mukasey’s very likely confirmation give Rudy an astonishing campaign advantage — a man of his own in D.C.? Are we looking at the filling of the first chair in the theoretical Giuliani cabinet? And why would George Bush hand Rudy such a splendid gift? The thrice-married, pro-choice hardass, whose perceived 9/11 heroics contrast mightily with My Pet Goat, can hardly be the president’s preferred successor.

“Are we a Nation of Laws or of Chaos and Tyranny ?”

Congressional Democrats proved once again that they are not interest in American Traditions, Laws or even Justice as they are at trying to make the Republicans bow to their will.

The Republicans were tested by the Democrats this week in that the Democrats assumed that the Republicans would vote down the Kucinich Bill HRES 333 to Impeach Richard “5-Deferments” Cheney.

Perhaps the Democrats wanted a resounding message that they would then present to the American people as being a useless cause.

But there was trouble in paradise as the serpent introduced himself…

So everything was going according to DEMs plan as the votes came in when suddenly in the final moments, the Republicans surprisingly switched their votes in favor of considering to vote to impeach thus letting us (their constituents) know that it’s not a lost cause after all…

Drats, Democrats foiled again! LOL!

Instead of voting for it and following American Tradition, the Democrats tripped all over each other to protect the very maniac that is causing all of their problems in the first place. ergo: Dick “Outing-American-CIA-agents-to-go-to-war” Cheney.

So here’s the bottom line Justice Peeps. We are going to have to rethink the mandate that we gave CONgressional Democrats in 2006 and focus our energies in getting rid of anyone that’s running again for office in favor of new people in 2008. So whether they run under the GOP or DEM banner we must get rid of all those that are running for re-election and vote in new people with a fresh new perspective.

Go Johnny Go… Impeach Cheney

By- Suzie-Q @ 9:18 AM MST

On Friday, as the embattled legislation is pushed into committee, Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) wrote to House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers Jr. (D-MI) in support of H. Res 799, Articles of Impeachment of Vice President Dick Cheney.

Trammps – Disco Inferno

Text of the letter:

November 9, 2007

The Honorable John Conyers, Jr. Chairman Committee on the Judiciary 2138 Rayburn HOB Washington, DC 20515

Dear Chairman Conyers

I am writing in support of H. Res. 799, the Articles of Impeachment which were referred to the committee relative to the Impeachment of the Vice President of the United States of America.

Recent reports indicate that the Vice President is attempting to shape the National Intelligence Estimate on Iran to conform to his misperceptions about the threat Iran actually poses. Much like his deceptive efforts in the lead up to the Iraq war, the Vice President appears to be manipulating intelligence to conform to his beliefs.

If the reports are true, they add additional weight to the case for impeachment. I believe impeachment remains the only tool Congress has to prevent a war in Iran. This information relates directly to the Article III charges in the resolution. I urge your timely consideration.

Dennis J. Kucinich
Member of Congress
