Earlier today I pointed out on another post’s Comments about the encroachment on free speech that this group of high school students from Connecticut had to contend with:

If you think that was stupid, now focus your gaze north and then go west to the tiny prairie town of Wawota, Saskatchewan. Seems we go from stupid to utterly ridiculous:
Damn, I feel sorry for these kids today, having to put up with such autocratic lunacy. It is well worth reading the Comments section as well (I laughed out loud after reading the first one):













“Kidnapping the principal”….every kid’s dream, but it would end up having to pay to give the principal back…..hahahhahhah!
It’s sad and unfortunate for the students that this has happened!

This is a good occasion to encourage young people to petition and complain.
Why should the realities of war be kept from anyone?
Especially with Dubya telling the youngster’s they will be fighting in Iraq for the next 50 years.
